I'm Ashley. I also go by Ash.
is my mantra.
The word stuck with me a few years back with the inspiration of my therapist and the healing I’ve done.
I've wanted to redo my website for many years while.
This is a space for purpose and creativity.
I share about myself, my journey to minimalism, my art, my passions and experiences, military life, my struggles with starting a family (illnesses preventing me from even "trying"), passions, resources, and the 18 years of chronic & invisible illnesses I have been through including Vestibular disorders (as well as other lifetime conditions).

SUMMER 2021 UPDATE
I have taken a much needed break for the last year from social media and grown more. I took down my links to a few personal platforms I was active on, but you will still see links to others platforms as I care about their messages. The platform businesses do not align with my values anymore, and as I move to more of a minimal life, I wanted to just refocus and this will be the only space I use.
I am not here for collaborations, promoting companies, or to be an influencer (as they call it these day). No disrespect to anyone, but this is just the direction I am going in. If I am inspired by a cause or person, I share. I am just a person who has been helped along the way and wanted to use my creative gift to pass along information. Simple.
